The apartment is located in a penthouse on one of Moscow skyscrapers with stunning panoramic view of city. The apartment space is divided into common and private functional zones. Common zone combines three parts: living room, dining room and kitchen. Private zone includes music room, bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. A great floor height of the building has allowed to create an additional floor in the private zone, while conserving spacious double height area in the living room.Save this picture!© Ilya IvanovThe staircase from the living room leads up to the music room and other private rooms which are located on the loft over the kitchen. The extravagant living room with it’s unusual lighting design based on author’s drawings and the impressive architectural form of the music area sets the main trend in the interior. This style unites all the areas of the apartment into original and elegant design.Save this picture!First Floor Plan SectionSave this picture!© Ilya IvanovSave this picture!Second Floor Plan SectionA complicated system of engineering communications under the  ceiling has affected architectural design, construction of walls and ceiling of the loft floor. During the design process the most effective solution on decorating engineering communications was elaborated. An installation case that covers them looks like an art-object that integrates the living room with the music room.Save this picture!© Ilya IvanovUse of natural materials softens a visual perception of angularity of architectural forms and gives a perfect contrast with a concrete ceiling, as well as, creates a warm impression from the interior.Save this picture!© Ilya IvanovProject gallerySee allShow lessCAP Llinars del Vallés / Gustau Gili GalfettiSelected ProjectsN9-house / Masahiko SatoSelected ProjectsProject locationAddress:Presnenskaya naberezhnaya, 8 строение 1, Moskva, Russia, 123317Location to be used only as a reference.
